Skills Information

Eagles United offers skills for youth boys and girls that are currently in Kindergarten – 12th grade as of the 2023-2024 school year. Each skills session is one hour long and consists of speed and agility work, ball handling and shooting instructions. These skills sessions are open to all parts of Iowa and its surrounding states. Anyone can join Eagles Skills.

Our next skills sessions will run during the months of May and June 2024. Families will pay for each skills session at the door each night. Cost is $20.00 per session. Players are welcome to attend any skills night session during their age group time.

Gym guidelines:
• Only athletes and coaches allowed in the gym
• Bring your own drink/bottle
• No locker rooms

May: 1st, 8th, 22nd, 29th

June: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

Boys and Girls

6:00 – 7:00 pm: 3rd – 5th Boys and Girls

7:00 – 8:00 pm: 6th – 8th Boys and Girls
