Skills Information

 

Eagles United offers skills for youth boys and girls that are currently in Kindergarten – 12th grade as of the 2021-2022 school year. Each skills session is one hour long and consists of speed and agility work, ball handling and shooting instructions. These skills sessions are open to all parts of Iowa and its surrounding states. Anyone can join Eagles Skills.

Our next skills sessions will run during the month of October 2023. Families will pay for each skills session at the door each night. Cost is $20.00 per session. Players are welcome to attend any skills night session during their age group time.

Gym guidelines:
• Only athletes and coaches allowed in the gym
• Bring your own drink/bottle
• No locker rooms

Sunday Skills Times:
Boys and Girls

1:00 – 2:00 pm: K – 3rd Boys and Girls

2:00 – 3:00 pm: 4th – 6th Boys and Girls

3:00 – 4:00 pm: 7th – 8th Boys and Girls
